Katie Holmes is still pulling this is-she-or-isn’t she pregnant stuff. Two days ago she was photographed in a breezy, white dress with an obvious-looking bump in the baby area. She was also photographed flat-stomached in a bathing suit. Next came Tom Cruise’s Brazilian Valkyrie premiere, where Katie wore a vintage Christian Lacroix dress with an albeit smaller bump. Is it indigestion? I have no idea. Tom must love the rumors and speculation.
Tom did a press conference while in Brazil, and apparently the power of Xenu was with him. He had the journalists eating out of his hand, according to the Associated Press.
Tom Cruise may sometimes confuse his countries, but he’s winning fans among Brazil’s press corps.
A news conference to promote his movie “Valkyrie” turned into something of a fan club meeting when a journalist said he promised his niece he would get a photo with Cruise. The actor immediately obliged.
That prompted another journalist to squeeze under a barrier for a photo. Guards stopped other reporters from doing the same.

He thanked one questioner with the Spanish “gracias” — though Brazilians speak Portuguese. And he said he enjoys the tango — the traditional dance of neighboring Argentina.

Brazil loves Tom Cruise. Good for Tom (and Xenu). Valkyrie is a huge hit overseas, and it’s the number one film in the world this week. According to Reuters UK, the film has made more than $38 million overseas so far, making it a pretty big hit for a Tom Cruise film lacking the words “mission” or “impossible” in the title. Could Tom have another reason to celebrate? Perhaps the impregnation of a certain “amazing” woman?
Note by Celebitchy: I’ve seen enough flat-stomached bathing suit photos to convince me that Katie is not pregnant. I also thought she was pregnant around a year ago, but she has a slouch going to compensate for her shorter partner and she also favors loose clothing.

I think Katie looks good with that makeup, certainly an improvement from the Sag awards. That dress however is hideous.
I love the dress! Very bold and sparkly. Totally a sucker for sparkly. The shoes, however, look very Payless…and make her toes look like hammertoes, with pale, boring toes. Bleh.
I agree that she really needs to stop wearing open-toed shoes. Her feet are a disaster and should not be put on display. She needs to get herself to a podiatrist and get those hideous toes corrected. Yuck.

Why does she always look like his mentally challenged younger sister when they are photographed together? Look at the way she stands, slightly pulled back, and her empty expression.
I like the dress, but I appreciate the flapper look. Particularly for boobless wonders like her. Oh wait, she’s got one boob that we know of…
She’s so skinny that everytime she eats or gets pms bloating it looks like she’s preggers. She needs a good dbl bacon cheeseburger double greesy with chili cheese fries washed down with a chocolate malt.
Is it just me or her legs really are not nice looking….they are big compare to her upper body! I always have noticed this with her.But she is such a sweet woman.

And like, she prolly had recently eaten something when paps took the pics. I know that when I pig out on BBQ, I look 4 months pregnant right after, and then BOOP! Within a couple of hours, flat tummy again. LOL

Tom doesn’t own the international rights to his movie, so it doesn’t matter how much it makes. He already made all the money he’s going to get out of it.

I simply can not stand how he holds onto her. It’s like she’s some prize THING that he’s afraid will escape.
I am from Brazil and Brazilian people just ADORE Tom Cruise. They don’t care about the whole scientology thing or how wacky people here think he is. They just enjoy the best of him: his movies. The place they had dinner at is called Porcao Churrascaria (Grilled Steak House)and the serving style is called “Rodizio”. It means that they keep feeding you until you commit suicide or your pants rip at the seams. Probably that’s why Katie looks like she has a baby bump.
That dress is god-awful butt ugly. Even the length is hideous. Pale green with blood red? And sparkles? Yuck.
There was a picture in one gossip magazine that showed Julia Roberts’ arm after Tom had finished with his “hold” on her. It left marks! I don’t think it was photoshopped (?). This guy has one helluva grip, and not just on his wife.
The position of katie and the way she is standing reminds me of Toms previous wife Nicole.. she looks very bored also/eyes glazed over look. Dress nice, but bit of a sack on her.

You sure about that? He does own his own production company…he may very well have the international rights to his movies.
Unfortunately, Katie doesn’t have nice legs — too thick, and no amount of working out can change that. At least she doesn’t have cankles. Makes her seem more human though.
